2. Digital Access and Delivery
Courses and learning materials are delivered digitally. Access may be provided through a learning platform, registered account, email or another method specified during purchase.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with your transaction reference and proof of payment.
